Refund Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund for fees paid to Ginloo for subscriptions or other paid features. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), and payments are processed by Cashfree.

2. Free tier, trials & promotions

The free tier and any promotional or trial access do not require payment. If a trial or promotion converts to a paid plan, the charge and its terms are shown at checkout and are subject to the rules below. A nominal authorization amount charged when setting up automatic payments (where shown at checkout) is part of establishing the payment mandate and is not a subscription fee.

3. Subscription payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select (e.g. monthly or annual). If you enable auto-renewal, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. When we issue a refund

We provide a refund when:

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method via Cashfree and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. For discounted or promotional purchases, any refund is limited to the amount you actually paid.

5. When refunds are not provided

Except where law requires otherwise, we do not refund:

6. How to request a refund or cancel

Cancel recurring billing anytime from the subscription section of your dashboard. For refund requests, email support@ginloo.com from your account email and include the transaction details (date, amount, and order or payment ID from your receipt). We aim to respond within a few business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@ginloo.com — most billing issues are resolved faster this way than through a bank dispute. If a chargeback is raised on a charge we believe was valid, we may suspend the associated paid features while the dispute is investigated, and provide the payment records to the payment processor or bank as part of the process.

8. Changes

We may update this policy by changing the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
